Got an emergency?
We know it can be really scary for both yourself and your pet when an emergency arises, which is why all of our vets are undertaking further advanced qualifications in emergency and critical care, leaving your pets in the best hands.
During normal working hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 8:30am until 7pm and Saturday 9am until 2pm.

During these hours please phone 01782 438663 and you'll be directed to the first available staff member.

We do not charge a consultation fee at the hub during normal working hours for registered clients.
Our routine visit consultation cost remains at £60 for registered clients.
Out of hours?
When we're closed and throughout the night you'll be directed to either Drs. Matt or Hannah. Please note we are only able to see genuine emergencies of registered clients out-of-hours.
If you are not registered with us we ask that you follow your own vet's out-of-hours procedure.

The costs for out-of-hours appointments at the hub are:

After 10pm - £250
