We know it can be really scary for both yourself and your pet when an emergency arises, which is why all of our vets are undertaking further advanced qualifications in emergency and critical care, leaving your pets in the best hands.

During normal working hours?

Please phone 01782 438663 and you'll be directed to the first available staff member.

We do not charge a consultation fee at the hub during normal working hours for registered clients.

If you are not registered with us currently, an in-hours registration fee of £20 applies. This is a one-off charge, and covers all your pets.

Our routine visit consultation cost remains at £60 for registered clients.

Out of hours?

Now that we have built our new Hospital premises (still on site at Shukers Farm), our out-of-hours pricing structure has changed

We have made the decision to provide access to care 24 hours a day free of charge, as such the out-of-hours consultation fee is now:

£0 (Free)

However, if you are not yet registered with us an out-of-hours registration fee of £50 applies.

Please note that we are only able to offer out-of-hours home visits in exceptional circumstances.
